MSS has a long established and diverse customer base, both in the UK and overseas, enabling it to maintain the continuous employment of a significant number of Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and Technicians.
Having the engineering, construction and commissioning expertise among its own senior personnel, enables MSS to provide a value added service to customers by offering a solid base of technical interviewing and HR administration capability.
Long standing contracts and customer relationships have developed from this value added approach, securing sustainable business from many “Blue Chip” organisations.
An extensive and constantly updated people database ensures that MSS are able to mobilise quality pre-screened personnel at short notice.
MSS provide a “unique capability” of daily speed trawling of all the available and new job seeking specialists from a network of internet job boards and migrating and processing their applications straight from or into our database.
All MSS personnel are subjected to skill checking, a minimum of two references are taken up from previous employers, original qualification documentation is verified and additional security clearance is implemented as required.
We also consider ourselves to be leaders in the production of the appropriate contractual agreements that encompass the latest legislation to offer protection to all signatory parties
The Team
Our recruitment team consists of consultants and a management team that are drawn from an Engineering, Construction and Technical background and are qualified with leading industry bodies such as IOSH, NEBOSH, REC and the CIPD. This enables MSS to better understand our client’s and candidates requirements and to communicate these needs more effectively by “speaking their language”.
